快速鮮蝦即食麵

Quick Fresh Prawn Instant Noodle

材料

Ingredient

  1. 即食麵一包 ( Ramen )
  2. 大蝦 6 隻或中蝦 10 隻 ( 去殼去腸洗淨抹乾 )
  3. 草菇或蔬菜半坏 ( 切薄片或切絲 )
  4. 熱滾水一杯
  5. 12 吋 X 24 吋錫箔紙一張及 12 叶 X 6 吋 錫箔紙一張
  1. 1 packet of instant noodle (Ramen - come with seasoning packet inside).
  2. 6 big Prawn or 10 shrimp; gutted; clean; dry with paper.
  3. 1/2 cup of cut mushroom or cut vegetables.
  4. 1 cup hot water.
  5. 1 piece 1 2" x 24"(B) tin foil and 1 12" x 6"(S)
製法
Method
  1. 可用座枱小焗爐 (  Toaster Oven ) 或大焗爐 , 預熱425F
  2. 在焗盤上放置 12 吋 X 24 吋錫紙 , 中間平放 , 四邊向上摺上 , 做成窩形
  3. 錫紙中間順序放入即食麵 , 草菇 , 倒入熱滾水
  4. 鮮蝦放在最上層 , 再洒上即食麵調味包料在鮮蝦上面
  5. 再鋪上 12 X 6 吋 錫紙
  6. 把已摺向上的錫紙封密埋口成密封錫紙包 , 放入焗爐內 ,  425 F 焗 15 分鐘 , 即可食用
  1. OK to use table top (Toaster Oven) or big Oven. Pre-heat 425 F.
  2. On baking pan, put 12"x24" tin foil; lay Ramen block in the middle; pull upright the foil gently on all 4 sides.
  3. Over Ramen noodle add water. 
  4. Lay shrimp on noodle; then seasoning powder on top.
  5. Cover noodle with 12"x6" foil.
  6. Fold and make 4 sides of B and S foil join together, forming an air-tight pouch/pocket. Put baking pan with noodle into oven at 425 F for 15 minutes; ENJOY hot.
